Micro Finance Limited, a public company was incorporated on 25th July 1983 and obtained RBI approval from 22nd Jan 2001 vide Reg No – A.04.00019 until under RBI directives dated 3rd Jan 1992.The appointment of Designated Bankers was made to Central Bank of India, Bhubaneswar, Rasulgarh Branch. Credit Rating is done by M/S CARE, one of the international reputed organisation.

The Members of the Micro Family on the formation & floatation of our Company then in the year- 1983 assembled together and pledged their soul & heart for the attainment of their humble objectives under the leadership of Sri D.P Misra then an energetic young man who come forward to lead us to attain the enshrined objectives mentioned out in Our Vision.
